Responsibilities

• Planning, coordinating, and evaluating the work of company employees and subcontractors.
• Ensuring the necessary conditions for smooth execution of work.
• Ensuring high-quality and timely completion of tasks and improving work quality.
• Completing timesheets and work progress reports.
• Resolving issues as they arise.
• Maintaining close communication with clients and subcontractors.
• Working on overseas assignments.

Qualifications

• Have solid experience in ship hull fitting.
• Communicate fluently in English (Russian is an advantage).
• Be proficient in using MS Office programs.
• Have skills and a understanding in the field of engineering and technology (technical education is an advantage).
• Hold a category B driving license.
• Be detail-oriented, loyal, responsible, and have strong communication skills.
