**Overview**

Join our team to work on exciting new construction residential projects across the Chicagoland area, from Shorewood to Huntley. This foreman-level role involves ground-up construction, wiring homes, bending conduit, and running wire. Depending on the schedule and job demand, you will manage crews ranging from a couple of individuals to five or six. Candidates will typically stay with a project until its completion. **Responsibilities**

+ Oversee and manage new construction residential projects.
+ Perform and supervise wiring, conduit bending, and running wire.
+ Ensure projects are completed on schedule.
+ Work with crews to complete construction tasks.
+ Troubleshoot both commercial and residential electrical issues.
+ Delegate tasks and mentor electrician helpers.
