**Job Summary**

The Telecommunications Cabling Foreman leads low-voltage cabling installations on construction projects, coordinating crews to build, organize, and maintain telecommunications infrastructure. This role oversees installation, termination, and testing of copper, fiber optic, and specialty systems while ensuring high standards of quality, safety, and on-time project delivery.

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Lead and coordinate cabling crews to ensure safe, efficient project execution
+ Plan, build, organize, and maintain telecommunications rooms and infrastructure
+ Install cable support systems (cable trays, J-hooks, ladder racks) in compliance with industry standards
+ Install Cat6 horizontal cabling, backbone systems, fiber optic cabling, and inner duct
