Job Title: Solar Foreman
Base compensation + Production Bonus/Watt (after hourly and overtime rates)
Position Summary:
SunVena is looking for a highly motivated Solar Foreman to lead a residential Solar Crew. Duties of the Foreman include installation and commissioning of PV systems, providing funding requirements and site photos, maintaining an inventory, managing the team, and ensuring safety compliance. The ideal candidate should have solar experience, a positive attitude, and a strong sense of pride in their work. If you have previous experience in PV installation, we'd like to meet you. Ultimately, a successful Foreman will join us in our effort to deliver the premier customer experience in solar installations.
