Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Foreman role based in Heidelberg, Gauteng.

The Foreman will oversee daily on-site activities, coordinate work crews, and ensure that all service and installation jobs are completed safely, on time, and to specification.

Responsibilities include fault finding, compiling quotations, assigning tasks, monitoring progress, inspecting work quality, and ensuring adherence to safety procedures and company standards.

The role involves reading and interpreting plans or work orders, organizing materials and equipment, and liaising with suppliers and clients as needed.

The Foreman will also participate in hands‑on work when required, provide guidance and coaching to team members, and help resolve technical or operational issues on site.
