**Job Description**

This role leads and works alongside a small crew to install metal components, structural elements, and custom-fabricated products on new construction projects. You coordinate daily workflow, materials, and manpower while ensuring accurate, high-quality installations based on blueprints and layout specifications.

**Responsibilities**

+ Lead and supervise a crew of installers, typically consisting of yourself and one additional worker, to complete projects safely and efficiently.
+ Coordinate daily workflow, including scheduling tasks, organizing materials, and assigning manpower to meet production goals and project deadlines.
