What Youll Do Lead day-to-day job site operations for electrical construction projects. Promote and enforce safe work practices, PPE use, and job site safety standards. Coordinate labor, materials, equipment, inspections, and site logistics to keep projects moving. Monitor quality, productivity, and progress to ensure work meets company and customer expectations. Communicate regularly with the General Superintendent, Project Managers, and other stakeholders on schedule, manpower, and job status. Guide, mentor, and support Electricians and Apprentices in the field. Review project information, maintain job documentation, and support accurate reporting in company systems. Track labor usage and material needs to help support budget performance and reduce rework. Coordinate with other trades, inspectors, general contractors, and vendors to prevent delays and resolve issues. Support project closeout activities, including walkthroughs, punch work, and customer handoff.
