The role:

With our defence projects commencing in January 2026, Symal are searching for two Foremen to bring their hard-earned experience and efficiently deliver complex projects that truly benefit local Adelaide communities safely and on-time.

Your everyday:

• Assisting the Supervisor in managing the construction program.
• Accountability of site personnel and adherence to safety.
• Supervision of our own workforce as well as subcontractors.
• Preparation of SWMS, ensuring the delivery of toolboxes and fostering an overall culture of safety.
• Ensuring environmental compliance across our sites.
