Foreman Duties & Responsibilities

Pre-Construction Management

• Work with the Project Manager to develop and maintain a master project schedule with input from subcontractors.
• Assess commissioning and O&M requirements for the master project schedule.
• Develop Health, Safety and Environmental Plan.
• Review contracts with the Project Manager to ensure scope of work and schedules are accurate and feasible.
• Notify Equipment Management Team of requirements for the project.
• Assist with selection of trade subcontractors.
• Conduct constructability reviews to bring value to the construction execution stage.
