Job Description

Job Title: Foreclosure Sales Processor (2 Openings)

Location (city, state): Phoenix, AZ

Compensation: $22/hour (Contract-to-Hire)

Benefits: This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).

Industry: Legal / Lending

Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (No overtime during contract period)
Qualifications:
1+ year of experience in foreclosure, mortgage servicing, or related lending environment
Familiarity with foreclosure and/or mortgage processes required
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume workloads
