The Asset Manager – Foreclosure & Auctions (Entry Level) supports the end‑to‑end processing of foreclosure assets by listing, managing, and tracking properties scheduled for sale. This role works closely with internal teams, foreclosure attorneys, trustees, auctioneers, and vendors to ensure accurate processing, timely updates, and compliance with defined procedures.
This is an entry‑level role ideal for candidates with early experience in foreclosure processing, real estate operations, or auction support who are comfortable working in high‑volume, detail‑oriented environments.
Key Responsibilities
Onboard new foreclosure referrals into internal systems (Equator) for sale processing
Accurately list and market foreclosure properties on Hubzu as sales are scheduled
Source and verify property details (bed/bath count, lot size, property type, etc.) from public records and online sources
