Ford Racing Powertrain Machinist

Ford Racing is looking for an experienced, talented, and highly motivated Machinist to join our Global Ford Racing Powertrain department.

Candidates will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment producing high-precision, low-volume prototypes, custom tooling, and race-intent parts.

**What you'll do...**

+ Setup, program, and operate variety of CNC and manual machines (e.g. mills, lathes, water jets, etc.)
+ Write, edit, and optimize CNC programs at machine controller or by utilizing CAM software to ensure efficient toolpaths
+ Read and interpret complex engineering drawings, blueprints, and CAD models.
+ Must have deep understanding of GD&T to ensure finished parts meet strict dimensional requirements
+ Design and fabricate custom fixtures optimizing setups and reducing cycle times
+ Perform final inspection using precise measurement equipment (e.g. micrometers, indicators, etc.) to guarantee part q...
