An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a well‑established, family‑run FM service provider based in Warren Street, London. CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting Maintenance Engineers to cover a portfolio of approximately six commercial buildings across the Warren Street area. The successful candidates will have a proven track record in commercial building maintenance.

This is a Foot Mobile position, requiring engineers to travel between multiple sites to deliver PPM and reactive maintenance across electrical and mechanical plant, with a particular emphasis on electrical maintenance. In return, the company offers a competitive salary of up to £45,000 per annum (dependent on experience and qualifications), along with overtime and ongoing training opportunities.
