Foodservice Aide (FT and PRN)

Description

Full-time, Day shift plus every other weekend

Essential Duties and Responsibilities


+ Assist coworkers assembling meal trays, transporting tray carts, and delivering meals to patients.

+ Sorts soiled and clean dishes and utensils and uses a commercial dish machine. Washes pots and pans.

+ Assist patients and residents with menu selections in a one on one setting.

+ Inventory pantries and restock items.

+ May work in a Café setting, performing financial transactions using a Point of Sale system, restocking food and beverage selections, and some light food preparation.

+ Cleans assigned areas following established cleaning procedures and schedules.

+ Works willingly and accepts assignments as given.

+ Attends all mandatory meetings and programs.

+ Participates in opportunities that enhance personal and professional growth.

+ Performs other duties as necessary or assigned.
