Job Description

Overview The Well is a Café … and so much more! 
Responsibilities Help operate our Trussell Trust Foodbank, supporting people in food crisis in West Auckland, Bishop Auckland, Teesdale and further afield. 
Assist with external eligibility checks; when clients visit, record their details against the Trussell Trust online system, discuss needs and preferences, and pack their food parcel. 
Training and support All our volunteer roles are customised for the individual, and full training and support will be given.
