• Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the Tim Hortons location, ensuring efficient service and a positive customer experience.
• Implement standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and quality.
• Recruit, hire, and provide training for new team members.
• Create staff schedules and monitor employee performance, ensuring optimal productivity and excellent customer service.
