Food Services Manager

Tim Hortons in Gibsons, BC is hiring a full-time, permanent Food Services Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, lead a team of 16-20 staff, and maintain the high standards expected at one of Canada's most recognized quick-service restaurant brands.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and plan daily operations
• Monitor revenues to determine labour costs
• Monitor and review staff performance
• Recruit, train, and supervise staff
• Set staff work schedules
• Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures
• Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms
• Conduct performance reviews
• Cost products and services
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
• Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
• Address customers' complaints or concerns
