Essential Duties
and Responsibilities:Meal Preparation
Preparing/packaging food as directed with portion control and visual inspection of the product.
Adhere to recipes to ensure meal pattern compliance.
B. Dish room
Washing, rinsing, and sanitizing dishes, glassware, silverware, pots, pans, and other kitchenware using dishwashers or by hand.
Keeping the dish room and surrounding areas clean, organized, and free of clutter.
Operating and maintaining dishwashing equipment, including dishwashers, disposals, and other relevant machinery.
Sorting and storing clean dishes, silverware, and other items in designated areas.
Follow daily and weekly cleaning schedules.
Adhering to strict food safety and hygiene guidelines to prevent contamination.
Report equipment malfunctions, damage, or maintenance needs to the appropriate supervisor.
