Food Service Worker

The Food Service Worker is expected to perform a variety of duties for the set-up, delivery and service of food and the maintenance of work areas in a clean and orderly condition with other duties as assigned. This employee must have an understanding of all areas of sanitation practices to ensure compliance with HAACP, Local, State and JCAHO requirements. The food service worker provides the highest quality of service to the customers at all times.
**Responsibilities:**

+ Trayline Accurately sets up trayline with correct food and utensils.
+ Maintains accurate portion sizes and appearance of food on trays.
+ Ensures all cold foods stay cold and hot foods stay hot according to food safety guidelines.
+ Breaks down, sanitizes and re-stocks trayline area according to department procedures.
+ Ensures all food items are covered, labeled, dated, and returned to correct areas.
