Job Functions:
Responsible for providing service to all casino customers in an efficient courteous and professional manner displaying a high standard of customer service.

Knows the menu items, specials, and prices.

Possesses complete knowledge of all procedures related to the job.

Picks up empty glasses, dishes, silverware and returns them to the proper area.

Assists in the preparation of drink orders as required (icing glasses, garnishing drinks).
