Job Description

• Assist with the day-to-day management of Food Safety and Quality processes across the business
• Conduct regular hygiene inspections and report non-conformances to relevant managers
• Monitor, verify, and maintain food safety records, documentation, and certifications
• Coordinate product, personnel, surface, and water sampling for microbiological and chemical testing
• Assist with the implementation and maintenance of HACCP, PRPs, GMPs, SOPs, and Food Safety procedures
• Conduct food safety training and support employee inductions
• Monitor cleaning, sanitation, temperature control, and traceability processes
• Assist with internal audits, mock recalls, and corrective action implementation
• Support Occupational Health and Safety initiatives, inspections, and compliance requirements
