Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Day shift 05:00-15:00 or 19:00-05:00)

About the Role

We are recruiting Food Production Operatives for a well‑established and successful food manufacturing company in Thanet. This is a fantastic opportunity with the potential to go permanent for the right candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Weigh and measure ingredients
• Portion and divide product quantities
• Mix ingredients by hand or with machinery
• Prepare and shape dough
• Bake products in industrial ovens
• Perform quality control checks

What We're Looking For

• Food production experience (essential), particularly in bakery operations (full training will be provided)
