Food & Beverage Supervisor

The Rine are currently seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our friendly and dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated hospitality professional who enjoys a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the smooth day-to-day running of the bar, ensuring excellent food and beverage service
• Work closely with Senior Management to ensure adequate resources and equipment are in place
• Support the Bar Manager in controlling costs, including labour, stock, and departmental expenses
• Maximise sales opportunities and contribute to upselling initiatives
• Assist in raising the profile of the bar both internally and externally
• Ensure all cleaning schedules are implemented, maintained, and regularly checked
• Support monthly stocktakes and investigate any discrepancies
