Summary This position is located in the Food/Beverage Department and is responsible for the administration, operation and maintenance to provide social and recreational facilities, essential and nonessential meals, and refreshments. The purpose of this position is to provide direct supervision of the Food and Beverage Departments. The incumbent is responsible for the direct support of the following locations: The Mustin Beach Club.
