Food Attendant

Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Greet customers, take orders, serve food and beverages promptly and courteously, and handle customer inquiries and complaints.
• Order Taking and Serving: Accurately take orders, present menus, and deliver food and beverages to customers.
• Cash Handling: Handle cash transactions, operate point-of-sale (POS) systems, and provide accurate change.
• Cleanliness and Hygiene: Maintain cleanliness in dining and kitchen areas, including setting tables, clearing dishes, and ensuring overall hygiene.
• Food Preparation and Stocking: Assist with food preparation tasks, stocking supplies, and refilling condiments.
• Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• General Housekeeping: Perform general housekeeping duties such as sweeping, mopping, and cleaning glasses and furniture.
