The role involves overseeing outlets and banqueting, driving revenue and cost efficiency, maintaining food safety and hygiene standards, and developing colleagues to achieve their full potential.

**Qualifications:**

Diploma/degree in Hospitality or Hotel Management
3 years experience in food service
Supervisory/management experience
Food safety knowledge (HACCP)
Leadership and customer service skills
