Food and Beverage Assistant Manager

The Opportunity

The Food and Beverage Assistant Manager will support the Food and Beverage Managers in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of all food & beverage services within Banff Centre. This includes the Vistas Dining Room, The Hub Dining Room, Special Functions Rooms, Remote Functions, Room Service and Maclab Bistro . This position is responsible for directing the daily work of each area and will assist the Food and Beverage Managers in the hiring, training, scheduling, motivation and development of Food & Beverage employees, and administrative duties.
