The La Crosse Area Family YMCA is seeking a passionate and community-focused leader to support programs that address nutrition and food insecurity throughout our community. Working closely with the Food Access Director, the full-time, Food Access Assistant Director position, plays a key role in expanding food access, strengthening community partnerships, and ensuring high-quality program operations. Key Responsibilities: Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of YMCA Food Access Programs. Build and support ongoing community partnerships and relationships.
