Folder/Guillotine Operator

We are looking for an experienced Folder / Guillotine Operator to join our busy Bindery team. This is a hands‑on role where you'll be responsible for producing high‑quality printed materials efficiently and accurately, ensuring all work meets customer specifications and production schedules.

You'll play a key part in maintaining quality standards, minimising waste, and supporting smooth production workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate folding and guillotine machinery to produce finished print work to a high standard.
• Set up, adjust, and maintain equipment to meet production specifications.
• Monitor production schedules and communicate progress or issues to Senior Shift Operators.
• Printing Experience is desirable.
