**Position Responsibilities:**

+ Provide coordination and administrative support for FOIA, Information Quality Act (IQA), and Privacy Act (PA) requests in alignment with Program Office goals.
+ Assist in processing FOIA and PA requests pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act and Department of Commerce FOIA regulations.
+ Ensure actions comply with guidelines, policies, and applicable federal laws.
