About the Role

We’re looking for a hands‑on FOH Manager to lead the front‑of‑house and deliver a consistent, hospitality‑driven guest experience.

This is a floor‑based leadership role—you’ll be leading shifts, managing a small team, and ensuring every guest has a reliable, high‑quality experience.

We are not focused on formal service. We focus on hospitality, energy, and consistency.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

Hospitality & Guest Experience

• Creating a welcoming, comfortable environment for every guest
• Leading by example on the floor
• Handling guest issues confidently and consistently
• Building a regular‑driven atmosphere

Consistency

• Ensuring service, drinks, and team performance are consistent every shift
• Maintaining standards across all staff
• Keeping the experience reliable regardless of who is working
