1. Distributor Development & Relationship Management

• Responsible for developing and onboarding medium to large-scale FMCG distributors within assigned regions;

• Track distributor sales performance to ensure timely product delivery and market penetration targets;

• Organize promotional campaigns, provide marketing materials, and conduct policy or product training regularly.

2. Retail Store Visits & Sales Activation

• Regularly visit small retail shops, convenience stores, and roadside vendors to ensure product visibility and activation;

• Assist in shelf arrangement, stock replenishment, POP display setup, and gather market feedback from storeowners.
