About the Role

• Team Size: Direct reports include 1 Assistant Digital Marketing Manager, 1 Senior Digital Marketing Executive, and 1 Digital Marketing Executive.
• Working Arrangement: Full office / In‑site (Staggered working hours: 8:00 AM/8:30 AM to 5:00 PM/5:30 PM).
• Job Summary: Responsible for leading digital marketing and e‑commerce operations to grow brand visibility, customer acquisition, and online sales performance across digital and marketplace platforms. This includes managing a five‑figure monthly budget, implementing integrated campaigns, optimizing customer journeys, and driving a team toward 100% YoY growth targets.
