FM Scheduler

Equans is looking for a FM Scheduler to join our team at Broomfield Hospital in Chelmsford a permanent basis. This is a full-time role working 40 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary, paid overtime and benefits package.

Are you proactive, inquisitive and have an eye for detail? Are you a confident communicator who can build strong relationships with stakeholders. Do you have an interest in data and previous experience within the FM industry and using CAFM?

The role of the FM Scheduler is to schedule Planned Works within SLA deadlines, coordinate follow on works whilst assisting with other onsite deliverables. The post will report directly to the Senior Operations Manager. In doing so, you will ensure that the CAFM systems are fit for purpose, properly set-up and maintained and that the FM team will be trained to make best and appropriate use of the systems installed.
