FLT Flexi Operative

The Best Connection Newcastle are currently recruiting for an experienced Flexi FLT Operative to join our client's busy storage and distribution facility based in the Jarrow / South Tyneside area.

This is a temporary placement to assist with an increase in peak seasonal volume. Our client is a highly established packaging distributor known for providing a clean, safe, and well-organised warehouse environment.

The Role & Key Responsibilities

• Operating a Flexi / Bendi Forklift Truck safely within narrow racking aisles.
• Unloading goods-in and loading delivery vehicles with palletised protective packaging.
• Placing finished stock into high-bay storage positions using warehouse tracking systems.
• Conducting basic quality and stock counts on incoming inventory.
• Maintaining strict health and safety standards across the warehouse floors.
