Job overview

We are recruiting for a leading social housing contractor to recruit a Floor Layer Operative to carry out reactive repairs and maintenance works to tenanted social housing properties in the Cambridge and Stevenage area as well as surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

• Carry out repairs to flooring, cap and cove in tenanted properties.

Requirements / qualifications

• Install flooring
• NVQ Qualified / City and Guilds Qualified (Not essential)
• Valid clean UK driving licence
• Current valid DBS check or willingness to undertake one
• Experience working within tenanted properties
• Familiarity with PDA usage
• Clean, presentable, and eligible to work in the UK (with proof)
