**Job Description**

The Floor Technician is responsible for floor maintenance, restoration, and the operation of industrial floor care equipment in assigned location(s). Essential functions and responsibilities of the position may vary by Aramark location based on client requirements and business needs.

**Work Hours - 6 am-3:30 pm**

**Job Responsibilities**

+ ? Perform routine and periodic floor care services including stripping, waxing, sealing, buffing, burnishing, and refinishing of hard surface floors.? Clean and maintain carpeted areas through shampooing, extraction, spot cleaning, and interim maintenance.? Properly mix, dilute, and apply floor care chemicals according to manufacturer instructions and safety guidelines.? Operate floor care equipment such as auto scrubbers, swing machines, burnishers, buffers, extractors, and wet/dry vacuums.? Ensure floors are safe, clean, dry, and presentable, using wet floor signage and barriers...
