**Job Description**

We are seeking a dedicated Floor Technician to join our team on a part-time basis. The role requires working on Saturday, Sunday, and Monday, with one additional flexible day, such as Friday or Tuesday. Typical working hours are from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Occasionally, evening hours may be required to accommodate project work and reduce foot traffic.

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform routine and project-based floor care including stripping, waxing, buffing, and polishing.
+ Clean and maintain multiple flooring types, such as tile, vinyl, and carpet, ensuring all floors meet cleanliness and safety standards.
+ Operate and maintain floor care equipment efficiently.
+ Assist with general housekeeping duties as needed to support overall departmental operations.
+ Work efficiently in an active environment with frequent interruptions.
