This position is responsible for performing high-quality hard floor care and periodic carpet maintenance services at commercial facilities. Key Responsibilities

• Strip and wax/refinish VCT, vinyl, tile, and other hard surface flooring using industry-standard techniques and products
• Apply finish coats evenly and maintain appropriate cure times to ensure a high-gloss, durable result
• Perform routine floor scrubbing, buffing, and burnishing to maintain finish appearance between full strip-and-wax cycles
