What you would be doing

• Quickly resolving any game or staff incident.
• Foster seamless collaboration with members of the floor supervisors team, the operating control room team and others, enhancing communication and teamwork.
• Monitoring the operational quality, safety and inspecting the studio’s equipment.
• Conduct regular checks on dealers and shufflers to ensure their presence during designated shifts and maintain an accurate attendance record.
• Monitor and assess the appearance of staff members, ensuring they adhere to the established dress code.
• Supervising dealers’ and shufflers’ activity and rotations.
