Floor Manager

The Dearborn is a 225 seat, high volume restaurant in the heart of the theater district. The menu features upscale American cuisine with midwest seasonal influences under the direction of executive chef Aaron Cuschieri.
We are now hiring an experienced floor manager to join our team. High volume experience is necessary, must have strong work ethic, willingness to learn and a love for this industry.
FLOOR MANAGER: The successful floor manager oversees all front of the house dining activities; including training staff, scheduling and managing employees, engagement with guests, coordination with back of the house, and ensuring the front of the house is overall successful in providing an exceptional guest experience. • At least one (1) year of experience in a restaurant management capacity at a fine dining or high volume establishment.
