The Floating Teller provides members and prospective members with a full range of financial products and services, including depository accounts, lending products, and credit and debit cards. This role performs moderately complex platform banking functions under supervision, delivers high-quality customer service in person and by phone, and supports and trains lower-level team members to ensure consistent and efficient branch operations.
Responsibilities
