Location: Ilford. Pay: £14.80 per hour + HP. Contract: Ongoing. We are currently recruiting for an experienced Floating Support Worker to join a supportive service based in Ilford. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about supporting vulnerable individuals to maintain independent living and access appropriate community services.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide floating support to clients with a range of support needs including homelessness, mental health, substance misuse, or tenancy sustainment.
• Carry out regular welfare checks, risk assessments, and support planning.
• Support clients with budgeting, benefits, appointments, and accessing local services.
• Maintain accurate case notes and ensure all safeguarding procedures are followed.
