Inverness Resettlement is looking for a compassionate, and motivated individual to join our staff team. Our mission is to meet people where they are and encourage them to get where they want to be at a pace that they determine.

As a motivated and dynamic Support Worker you will be responsible for developing and delivering a high-quality programme of support which promotes client's choice and control. You will address clients support needs, enable them to achieve positive life changes and ultimately empower clients with the skills they will need to sustain a tenancy independently in the community.

Working hours: 40 hours per week

Contract: Fixed Term for 6 Months
