Floater/Equipment Operator - Aggregate Plant

**What You'll Be Doing**

+ Operate various types of heavy equipment including loaders, haul trucks, drillers and scalers
+ Perform general labor tasks to support plant and quarry operations
+ Assist with routine maintenance and inspections of equipment and facilities
+ Monitor material flow and ensure safe, efficient production
+ Adapt to changing tasks and priorities throughout the workday
