Flight Test Technical Leadership

Provide deep technical expertise in flight test engineering, aircraft systems, and flight mechanics Support flight test campaigns through methodology definition rather than direct day‑to‑day mission execution Act as a reference point for complex or non‑standard test cases

Process & Methodology Transformation

Lead the revamp, harmonization, and standardization of flight test processes across programs Develop and evolve flight test methodologies to improve safety, efficiency, and data quality Identify gaps, redundancies, and inefficiencies in existing test practices and propose improvements Drive the adoption of best practices across aircraft programs and flight test domains
