Job Purpose:

The Flight Dispatcher & Operations Controller will oversee operational flight dispatch activities, flight planning, flight watch, operational coordination, disruption management, and ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective operations while maintaining compliance with aviation regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

* Prepare and authorize operational flight plans and dispatch releases
* Monitor flights and provide operational support throughout all phases of flight
* Coordinate overflight permits, landing permits, slot approvals, and flight clearances
* Handle flight planning using ARINC and other dispatch systems
* Coordinate with ATC, airports, engineering, ground handling, and regulatory authorities
