Flight and Ambulance Internal Evaluation Program Manager

**Job Description:**

The IEP Manager is responsible for the development, implementation, and oversight of the Internal Evaluation Program at Intermountain Flight & Ambulance Services in accordance with FAA AC 120-59B, CAMTS, and other industry standards. This position reports to the Sr. Manager - Aviation Safety Programs and allows the organization to proactively identify and correct safety, operational, and regulatory weaknesses.
**Essential Functions**

+ Develops and implements an Internal Evaluation Program (IEP) that adheres to the guidelines in FAA AC 120-59B. Develops and implements an IEP Manual, risk-based audit/evaluation schedule, and applicable checklists.
+ Utilize external and internal sources to develop internal evaluations. Conducts and/or delegates scheduled and ad hoc audits and evaluations of the entire organization. Conducts and/or delegates scheduled and ad hoc audits and evaluations of external entities/vendors.
