- To review daily production plans and job orders
- To read drawings and specifications provided by customers - To understand printing points, colors, and positions accurately
- To set up the flexographic printing machine
- To control the printing process, ensuring color accuracy, and minimizing waste
- To perform in-process checks and final checks on printed materials.
- To coordinate with production teams, plan, and monitor quality control
- To supervise the machine operators' team, ensuring they follow procedures - To report production results, issues, and corrective actions to the supervisor
- Other task as assigned by the Manager
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or any related Engineering
- At least 2 years of Experience as a Technician in Flexographic Printing
- Experience in supervising subordinates
