FlexCare team members support multiple WesleyLife communities by stepping into open shifts — including days, evenings, nights, and weekends — wherever coverage is needed most.

As part of our internal clinical team, FlexCare professionals serve across multiple communities, providing licensed, high-quality care while enjoying the flexibility to build a schedule that fits their life.

• Premium hourly pay (higher than standard PRN roles)
